1. Create original sketches/design, color and material interpreted from seasonal concept
2. Selecting/Sourcing fabric and trims from internal and external resources.
3. Produce a professional design presentation board/slide to the team leaders.
4. Collaborate with Design Team members in the development of seasonal concept boards
5. Partner with Production and Merchandising team to design merchandise that fits within the costing parameters, compatible with bulk production and target customer profile
6. Produce tech packs for the approved designs and revision of the samples until finalized
7. Create original artwork of the graphic application on the garment and follow up on the strike off until finalized
8. Provide support to visual merchandiser to properly present the image and positioning of the product
9. Conducting monthly market research to identify new trends, fabrics, techniques and seeking design inspiration
10. Contribute to bi-weekly report to CDO
11. Other design-related tasks as assigned
Qualification 1. Age 24-35 years with fashion-look personality 2. BA. or MA. in Fashion Design or equivalent with specialization in menswear 3. Full of fresh and unique ideas with strong creativity, initiatives and excellent taste 4. Solid knowledge of fashion trend with minimum 3 years experience with proven successful records in menswear design from any fashion house 5. Good technical and product development know-how 6. Well-mature and energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills 7. Detail-oriented and thoroughly working on paperwork
