Handle and support AIS user for daily access in HRIS system such as Time attendance, OT, Leave Online etc.
Programming and coding application in VB.Net , SQL Database and Crystal Report.
Improve and modify web page (HTML) as requested.
Provide report from HRIS database as requested.
Integrate and implement existing employees database to other system in company.
Maintain and update business data requirements and transform to system document, dataflow.
Workday UAT and Production environment with accuracy and within the project timeline.

Qualification:
At least 8 years experience in the field of HRIS . Bachelor's Degree and above in IT or Information Management or Business Computer. Have knowledge of writing or process improvement. Knowledge in technology / applications will be applied in the HR. Problem solving & analysis, Business Process Mapping & Modeling skills, and Presentation Skill. Experience in Workday (HCM) is an advantage.
