Responsibilities
- Exceeding personal sales targets and team targets of assigned market, on a montly basis
- Help Sales Manager handling issues and solve problems as necessary
- Driving sales opportunities for the company
- Coaching and mentoring the Sales Team, ensuring they reach their sales targets
- Help Sales Manager evaluate & monitor P/L of Sales team
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customer&overseas agents via telephone calls ,
email and face to face

Qualifications - Thai National , age not over 45 years. - Bachelor degree in any fields - At least 3-5 years in Import/Export/Freight Forwarder Sales - Strong leadership and service minded in the same time - Self-motivated team player with strong leadership and communication skills - Can prepare Power-Point for Sale Presentation. - Is eager and confident in their own capacity and enjoys challenges at work. - Ambitious, active and love hitting the goal. - Enjoy working as a team and look forward to a team leader position - Has a good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills. - Able to use English for work
