1. Assist with coordination of various department meetings/Supplier /
2. Coordinate with partner companies to handle condominium projects
3. Meeting with partner company ( in English )
4. Check project progress and research on real estate market
5. Observe the progress of sales for condominium and improve in case of having problems
6. Other related tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Bachelor degree in business or related field of study. 2. Experience in Personal Assistant , Building Service , Juristic Person, Project coordinator related field. 3. Having understanding of the Hotel Condominium, including all aspects of conference and events. 4. Strong individual with the skills set and experience to work within the sales team. 5. Good personality and self-confident. 6. Proficient in English. 7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 8. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. 9. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 10. Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
