We are looking for the right candidate to manage our Central Kitchen smoothly, our Central Kitchen consist of food production team, warehouse & logistic, quality assurance, maintenance, procurement, inventory account and HR & Admin.

Thai or Foreign Nationality Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production and warehousing processes Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations Oversee inventory, warehouse and logistics of the Central Kitchen Allot work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities, logistics and warehousing Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to Good decision maker and problem solving. Hold Occupational Safety Officer at High Technical Level or higher. Excellent knowledge of Safe, Health and Environment for Factory At least 5 years of experience in Food Factory Manager Role. Be able to manage 80++staff Experience in HACCP / GMP environment Experience in food quality control, warehouse & logistic, inventory, procurement, and HR is preferable. Experience in a high volume kitchen such as central kitchen / flight catering or banqueting. Be able to manage food factory license and all related licenses. Good command of both spoken and written English Thai language proficiency a must Computer literate Microsoft Office
