1. Manage day-to-day operations and directs report to responsible for Global Mall Team.
2. Handle and meeting performance targets for average handling time, client SLA, quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure quality and efficiency measures are met within the team and in accordance with service policy.
4. Ensure quality and efficiency measures are met within the team and in accordance with service level agreements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1.Gender: Male/Female 2.Age: 22-35 years old. 3.Bachelors Degree in any field. (Experienced will be an advantage) 4.Good command of Chinese communication (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) 5.Good computer skills, MS Office (Basic) 6.Willing to work rotating shifts (Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00) and (Sat 10.00-17.00) including weekends and public holidays. 7.Hard working, Positive Attitude, open minded and be able to work under pressure.
