- Bachelor"s Degree in Political Science/Human Resources or related field. - 3 years experience in Recruitment at least 1 years experience in Recruit Management within Call Center or Insurance business would be advantage. - Possess "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive. - Posses good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
HR Functions: Review of all existing Job Descriptions and rewrite in a standard template with proper coding. Administers a wide variety of recruitment regarding employees (e.g. advertising positions, processing applications, verifying employment, orientation, etc.) Ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current policies and administrative processes. Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff. Researches information required to manage assignments including reviewing relevant job descriptions of all positions. Other duties as assigned by VP of superiors. Recruitment and Selection: Attract, retain and motivate staff. Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source. Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process. Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization). Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant. Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters. Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics. Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture. Advertise vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants. Negotiate terms and conditions with recruitment agents and to get the commission fee down to the acceptable rate. Any assignment as assigned by the superiors
