Key Result Areas MANAGE CUSTOM PROJECTS 30% Setup automated programs, data automation, triggered campaigns and setup complex forms. Update team members on ongoing ticket PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT 10% Interact with clients on a daily basis to answer questions regarding the multi channels marketing platform via phone, email, web Resolve client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution SETUP 20% Understand technical requirements and design/execute campaign by coding HTML emails, and utilizing image slices provided by client; Manage our clients" subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted multi-channels campaigns; Provide correct segmentation logic to target correct audience. Able to setup add-on solution to multi-channels platform, including 3rd party add on.
