Excellent skills in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent skills in Facebook, LINE, Youtube. Skills in Facebook Ads and Facebook Marketing Campaign. Skills in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Adwords, and SEO Able to research & conceptualize ideas from scratch to end. Able to efficiently plan, execute, and complete assigned tasks. A positive attitude with the ability to work within tight deadlines. Proactive mind-set and a team player. Strong self-managing skill and able to work efficiently under pressure. Smart & creative, able to work independently. Meticulous and detailed person.

Maintenance and brand monitoring for online campaign.
Analyze & report for each online marketing campaign.
Contact and communicate with customer & prospect.

Sourcing vendor for organization and marketing related tasks.
Plan for company events, if any.

1.Proven experience as estimator or similar position 2.Familiarity with financial and project management principles 3.In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas 4.Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset 5.Proficient in relevant software 6.Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities 7.Thoroughness and reliability 8.Excellent organizational skills 9.BSc/BA in engineering, construction science or relevant discipline 10.Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
รายละเอียดงาน 1.Understand the project/program and its requirements
2.Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
3.Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venues
4. Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc
5. Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
6. Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
7. Perform risk analysis
8. Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions etc.)
9. Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
