1. Ongoing Support the IT applications
2. Prioritize tasks and assignment
3. Coordinate with other teams/departments
4. Work closely with key users and third parties
5. Working aligned with the company direction and regulators rules
6. Support users for all IT related services including Applications and other IT perspectives.
7. Issue Management
8. Create Issue monthly/weekly report
9. Able to work in up-country temporary
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS 2. Minimum 3 years experience in IT Application Supports 3. Experiences in Insurance Industry is advantage 4. Good command of English in Speaking , Listening and Writing 5. Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 6. Strong interpersonal , coordination and communication skills 7. Create Issue monthly/weekly report
