:
- To investigate and analyze for cause of problem and/or incidents
- To initially fix incidents or open work orders to related parties to fix them
- To internally coordinate with team to fix the incidents and report to customers.
- To demonstrate and train how to use the product and/or application at customers sites
- To update the product patch after fixing the problems/incidents
- To generate the reports in weekly and/or monthly basis and send to customers
- To coordinate with related parties regarding product patch update and implementation, new version of application release
- On-Site Support (approximate twice a month)
- To support as assigned task
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Thai Nationality only - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related IT fields - 0 2 years experiences of participation in a team of QA, Supports - Fresh Graduated is also welcome - Good command of spoken and written English - Willing to contribute and work as a team - Good personality, service-minded and fast learning - Moderate knowledge in MS SQL server, web application, windows operating environments, operating systems, dot net frame works, browsers, setting up of application and database environments
