ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Sales Engineer will expand our customer base and reach sales targets for machine sales
for the assigned region of responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in selling products/services to the
target customer base while taking accountability for reaching your targets and achieving your KPIs. You
should also be able to work remotely without minimum supervision.
- Execute the action plan and strategy to achieve sales targets for the area of responsibility
- Ensure 100% customer coverage for the designated area of responsability
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- Track performance and forecast future trends for each customer segments needs/behaviors in the
region of responsibility
- Manage and grow key customers from sales to service delivery ensuring both satisfaction and
retention
- Stay up-to-date with market trends in the industry such as customers demand for new products
and the capabilities of competitors
- Ensure and maintain good relationship with customers and develop long-term trust-based
relationship with them (Relationship Management)
- Gather and ensure information and customer demand are recorded into the CRM system for
analysis, planning, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers (Account Management)

- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Engineering-related discipline - Previous work experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, commercial vehicles is an advantage. Previous work experience in selling products/services to the target customer base is essential. - Existing relationships with target customers are a must - Strong selling skills, results-oriented with high passion for selling, developing and maintaining relationships with customers - Professional, proactive, energetic with excellent communication and negotiation skills
