Provide the warranty submission in pro-active. Communicate with customer, supplier and internal service supervisor to ensure the warranty claim job done in proper process and in time flam for engine and PG.
Design and develop new equipment and systems or redesign of existing equipment to fulfill the needs of customers
Research and analyze customer needs and suggest product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
Assist sales team in configuring the correct solutions for the customers
Study new products/technologies aligned with existing product lines to recommend enhancements or modifications
Assist sales team on product demonstrations/technical presentations to customers or at conferences to promote products and services
Provide pre-sales technical support through presentations and customer visits
Run sample tests on instruments as and when needed (in-house or at customer sites)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing users
Provide training to customers in post-sales and method development
Functional skills and knowledge Demonstrate technical knowledge in PowerGen and or Engine Machine Demonstrate strong industry/market knowledge Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and good in English, both written and spoken Soft skills Good Attitude Good interpersonal and communication skills Reportable skills Education Engineer prefer for mechanical or engine repairing experience. Work experience 2 years in similar roles.
