-Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
-Responsible for developing, maintaining, and sustaining operation support of HR for the relevant HRIS modules (Recruit, Compensation and benefit, Payroll, Time Attendance).
-Communicate with business partners, relevant departments or any others as assigned by direct superiors using data and process models to clarify and validate requirements.
-Develop and generate ad hoc reports to provide HR with timely and accurate data.
-Provide comprehensive Human Resource support to a business unit or corporate function.
-Provide process improvement and assessment tools to assure consistency of HR System.
-Provide other support related to HRIS.
-Other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
1. Male-Female Age 26-30 years 2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields. 3. At least 3-8 years work experience in HR function such as Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit in the Industrial field . 4. In charge of payroll system including all reports related to payroll system such as Social Security Fund, personnel income tax, Provident Fund, etc. 5. In charge of recruitment process starting from announcement on the job website, make an appointment for interview with requester department until the employment agreement and orientation. 6. Be able to used Program SAP will be an advantage. 7. Able to work multi-tasking with fast pace environment and work under pressure. 8. Can do attitude, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, creativity, analytical thinking. 9. Highly motivated, proactive style, and always want to develop themselves. 10. Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
