1. Assist Branch Asst.Mgr. and Branch Manager to set the division objectives and goals.
2. Coordinate , Control , Supervise and evaluate all of Warehouse activities.
3. Responsibility ISO9001,ISO14001 Job.
4. Management of schedule for work of operate incoming,outgoing,combine and separation.
5. Scrap Inventory control,Scrap process design and process (Seperation,Crushing,Combine,Export) controls.
6. Managment of schedule for Customer Service,Gold Saver,Maintenance job.
7. Customer's Scrap Receive-Transfer and Stock controls.
8. Ensure employee safety in the workplace.
9. Warehouse expense controls.
10. Enforcing daily and monthly check and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
11. Extracting problems and Forming improvement. Enforcing Plans, Do, Check , Action (PDCA)
12. Analyze the process operation team problems and find solution for continuous improvement.
13. Summary and report daily, weekly , monthly warehouse operation performance.
Others.
1. Support others assigned by the Supervisor.
2. Be willing and cooperate with the training relevant provided.
3. Operating under the quality/environmental management system and Safety relevant.
4. Able to perform other tasks instead as suggested by the supervisor or delegate.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร Male or Female age between 30-40 years old. Bachelor Degree in any field. Fluent or good command in Japanese(N2) and English. Good responsibility, Coordination and Relationship. Computer skill (MS Office, internet , e-mail) is must. Good leadership , Coaching , Analytical ,Problem solving , Negotiation , Decision-Making and Planning skill. Have basic knowledge of ISO9001,14001 concept and procedure. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Over 5 years experience in Warehouse management/Manufacturing. Can commute to work by own car.
