Responsibilities :
- Foster and Develop organizational culture to align with the overall business strategies.
- Manage and Coach others in area of career path, Metrics Performance, KPI or Goal to motivate and maintain workforce for business growth.
- Design and review all concern workflows of Human Resources and Administration department to comply with rules and regulations.
- Establish, assist and follow up the effective training and development opportunities for Regional Operations-North staff.

Qualifications : - Male-Female Age 35-40 years Old . - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. - Experienced in 5-10 years in Human Resources and Administration function (at least 1 year as a manager). - Has leadership skills and Specialized in labor law - Good analytical, oral and written communication skills of English.
