- Leading for organizational Management Tracking and understanding progress.
- Leading to control Design Quality Management of Ford W/H Design team.
- Leading overall control to People Development, skill up plan, coaching and follow up progressive.
- Design business, working with customer and internal manufacturing to development wiring harness.
- Respond for special assignment from management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Thai Nationality, above 35 years old. - Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Male, Military Exempted - Working experience 10 years above. Have knowledge of wire harness design. - Good command of both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 550 up) - Good command in Japanese (N3 up) - Computer literacy. Able to use Excel. - Able to use Auto CAD - High responsibility, Analytical thinking, Commitment to work
