-Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology or other related field.
-0-3 years experience in production, quality control or quality assurance in a food processing environment would be an advantage.
-Good knowledge and understanding of GMP,HACCP and ISO 9001.
-Good personal hygiene habits.
-Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership, open-minded, adaptability, customer focus, and result oriented characteristics.
-Good skill in English language for reading, listening, speaking and writing.
-Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Quality Control Officer is responsibility for inspection personal hygiene- s staff each of area by follow GMP standard. -verified raw material/ finished goods by follow raw material specification -verified temperature and cooler/ freezer as per storage procedure -verified all production process since raw material preparation- cooking-chilling-frozen-packing and transportation -verified all production record concerned -report the irregularity from inspection daily -informs concerned department to take corrective action and follow up effectively.
