Design Smart Home System per customer requirement
Set up Smart Home System align to the design (hardware and software)
Coordinate and manage customer and all parties such building contractors, electricians, furniture maker, etc. to complete our system work according to the plan (time, scope, and budget).
Take accountability to Smart Home implementation successful
Take care, maintenance, and solve problem when occurred
Troubleshooting and resolve the technical issues of all smart home system
Feedback all issues to R&D team when it occurred
Handling multiple cases at one time, can work within time frame
Raise issues and request support in timely manner
Ensure that all activities are align on company direction and policy
Flexible to traveling around Bangkok
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Age not over 30 years old At least 1 years of working experience in Technical Support or Service Engineer or Electronics Security system products or IoT support Good command of verbal and written English Have a car and driving license Willing to learn about product's technical knowledge Flexibility and willingness mind Work as a team
