ตำแหน่ง: Production Supervisor
Report to Asst.Manager
Employee under control : Staff / Senior Leader / Leader / Sub. Leader /Operating
Duty and Main Responsibility
1. Can Analysis all chemical solution in process that result correct.
2. Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways
3. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand
4. Receive complaints and resolve problems in process.
5. Pass on information from upper management to employees.
6. Check quality reports to customers.
7. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and
procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
8. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating,
sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data;
answering questions and responding to requests.
Duty and Basic Responsibility ;
1. Planning and controlling working concept of subordinates.
2. Assigning and following subordinates to achieve the target.
3. Coordinating with other department. that comply with companys plans and vision.
4. Reporting working result to superior level.
5. Controlling subordinates under safety rule and 5S activity. their duties or delegated tasks.
6. Other job assignment from superior level.
