Design and development of a continuous manufacturing process along with the layout and equipment for a new factory. This includes creating and setting specifications, developing, implementing, and monitoring this equipment as part of the manufacturing system.
Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the continuous manufacturing process
Commissioning, Planning, Installation of new equipment and qualification of that new factory
Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications
Ensure compliance with project costs, quality, and deadlines
Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
Completion of documentation to show and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and protocols
Providing the process documents and standard operating procedures.
Conducting tests and Monitoring of equipment and the process performance throughout production including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out
Evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high
Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades, including assembles reports to document process status and changes.
Performing process simulations and troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes and methodologies
Leader in the implementation of the improvement methodology within their business unit
Perform other related tasks as assigned

Bachelors degree or higher in engineering (Electrical, Automation Engineering) 1-5 years experiences. (*Fresh Graduates are welcomed) Honesty, Ethics, and Integrity.
