1. Introduction to different programs we have in school. (Regular program, Special classes and Kidz Learning Centre)
2. Guide parents about admission process
3. Ensure the communication between interested parties is done within 24 hours of the working day. (phone calls, online messages, emails)
4. Communicate in a formal and professional manner, verbally, physically and written.
5. Show your enthusiasm and in admissions but do not show desperate moves.
6. Follow up after providing them details (feedback, their interest to enrol) converting into application.
7. Try to convert all interests into school visit appointments.
8. Take the parents to private, group tours of the school.
9. Follow up with unresponsive leads.
10. Keep a record of all leads that come in (calls, online, in person etc.) as a report, notes, follow up notes within 24 hours of conversation with the family.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Minimum 2 years working in the service sector - Fluent in Thai and English language - Experience worked within the education sector - Good interpersonal skills, verbally and written. - A calm and warm personality with a positive attitude. - Flexible, self motivated and able to work under pressure. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Minimum bachelor's degree in any field. - Experience from an educational institute is a plus. - Able to work as team work.
