Identify staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
Prepare and update training material, conduct training class and evaluate participants
Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Support the communication, education and execution of talent development policies and processes
Help and maintain the positive engagement with employees
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
Qualification

Bachelor Degree At 1 year experience in training Training and coaching skill experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing. Ability to master the full training cycle
