Scope of the Role
Account Executive is a person who can display sales ability, be highly motivated, take initiative and thrives in a fast pace team environment. The role is to provide the highest quality management and service to a client base of 100 businesses and to be known as the most effective resource to any business by earning through the trust, respect and support for all identified customers and team.
The position demands the continual expansion of personal resources in particular: -

Key Responsibilities
- Service provision for approximately 80-100 accounts
- Research, recommend and activate profitable trading options
- Follow up ideas and members requests
- Assist members in self-promotion throughout the Bartercard network
- Generating referrals for members business
- Market the members product and services, exceeding member satisfaction via all Bartercard promotional opportunities including members events and mail-outs
- Initiate personal visits to members to discern and discuss trading strategies and solutions so that their business flourishes
- Developing member trust by continually deepening understanding of the member's business and finding new ways to expand their businesses

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - Prefer minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing - Good command of computer skills and English language - Must have own car and drivers license
