:
Provide administrative support to staff and management.
Maintains records, documentation, and files.
Prepare documents for tax filing; issue withholding tax certificate and tax filing forms.
Receive invoices for facilities expense and accurately key in system for accounting process.
Issue quotation to the customers & invoices for selling process.
Manage the office supply stock inventory.
Answer telephone, relay telephone calls, screen and handle appropriately
Performs other related duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration/Commercial/Accounting/Finance. 2 years experiences in related field. Must be good command in English or Mandarin. Basic knowledge of accounting, HR, finance. Good communication and interpersonal skills Good computer skills, MS Office including Word and Excel.
