One of our client, the global company in the manufacturing and trading and serviceing Air Conditioner / Chiller, is seeking for high caliber and pro-active candidate for a Sales Manager - Air Conditioner [102] for Bangkok office as below : Male / female, age 32 - 42 years old Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineer, Electronics or Business Administration or Marketing or related fields At least 7 years work experience in selling products to real estate projects, building , commercial plaza, preferably in Air Conditioner Installation & Maintenance Service. Strong connection & network with Main Contractor, Sub-contrature, Architech, Designer, etc. Good command of both spoken and written English, and computer literacy Ability to maintain a positive attitude, handle challenges in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors and management while maintaining professionalism Energetic, initiative, assertive and open-minded with good interpersonal skills Creative, self-starter and ability to work independently Ability to work in a results-oriented atmosphere meeting tight deadlines under constant pressure Ability to travel domestically frequently Able to work independently and analytical in a problem-solving environment Present salary should not less than 70,000 bath per month
