Main Responsibilities:
Set up modules include Payroll, Recruitment, Compliance, Training & Development and Employee relation Provide day-to-day problem resolution, business support, small enhancement work, and project development work for HR functionalities Responsible in being a key speaker to communicate and implement any actions with staffs Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintains organization staff by establishing appropriate recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing of benefit claims, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids, awarding benefit contracts, designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years old but not over 45 years old At least Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related At least 10 years experienced in HR roles with proven working experiences as management level at least 5 years If have experienced in working in startup or family business will be highly considerable People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Can-Do attitude Able to work under pressure and tight timeline Excellent communication in Thai and good in English
