you would be responsible for the development of offline & online affiliate marketing channels globally.
Responsibilities
● Develop new partnerships and publisher relationships internationally
● Manage current affiliate relations
● Manage and optimize all affiliate accounts to meet or exceed ROI requirements
● Work closely with the Sales, Dev, Customer Care and Marketing teams on new promotions for Affiliates to promote
● Cross-market our services to publishers in other industries to drive revenue across multiple verticals
● Analyze statistics on a daily basis to ensure optimal traffic quality
● Develop initiatives to increase affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities andROI
● Strategize, plan, and execute campaigns across several media types (mobile, desktop,
social, email, etc.)
● Continually motivate affiliates to perform better
● Monitor and report on competitors affiliate campaigns and promotion
● Attend regular team meetings
● Communicate with team members via phone, web conference and e-mail
● Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.
● Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and complete other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
● Support the achievement of the Medical Departures (Thailand) Co, Ltd.s sales and revenues objectives
● Help build the worlds largest global medical marketplace

Other Job Requirements ● Prior affiliate/B2B or sales experience ● Fluent English language skills: written & spoken ● Additional International or Regional Languages preferred ● Excellent phone skills ● Impeccable written communication skills ● 60+ WPM typing ability ● Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel & using CRM/CMS systems ● High level of technical savvy and ability to learn new programs/systems ● Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment ● Night and weekend availability ● Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. ● Technical familiarity and knowledge of dental procedures & terminology (bonus) ● Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently ● Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail ● Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills ● Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel, e-healthcare and hospitality ● Business focused ● Positive attitude ● Grit ● Willing to do whatever it takes to deliver extraordinary results
