ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1.Received the job from Service Advisor and give out each job to the technician by using the criteria such as:
-Order of received
-Time taken to complete each job
-Urgency of the customer
-Warranty period
-Readiness of parts
Etc.
2.Check and record time used during the repair the utmost accuracy
3.Check that each job has all the repair information for future reference
4.Ensure that technician understand the work detailed on the job card that they are assigned to
5.Ensure that the Service Advisor understand the work done in order to repair the car so that he can relay the message to the customer correctly
6.Work closely with Aftersales Manager and Service Advisor for schedule repair
7.Check with Parts department and managed the repair for each job depending on the availability of the parts to maximize the workshop flow
8.Contiguously train themselves with regarding to car knowledge
9.Provide support for all colleagues in the company to improve overall growth of the company as a whole

QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or female Vocational degrees or higher Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Five years of experience in an automotive repair business. Excellent communication and managerial skills. Some sales experience. Professional personal appearance. English skill is a must Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Good knowledge with regards to manufacturers warranty work Ability to sell incremental products and assess further sales opportunities.
