A production staff cleans and operates factory equipment, works on a manufacturing line, process and inspects products, and adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards.
Responsible for the manufacturing of customized titanium prostheses and titanium bone-plates. This includes but not limited to data processing, additive manufacturing, thermal treatment, surface finishing, cleaning and sterilization process.
Responsibilities:
- Starts production machinery at beginning of shift.
- Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being manufactured properly.
- Makes sure that workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
- Label and packfinal product
- Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.
- Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
- Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
- Manufacture customized titanium prostheses and titanium bone-plates by operating additive manufacturing, thermal treatment, polishing, surface finishing, cleaning and sterilization process.
- Monitor, evaluate and track quality and quantity of the products.
- Follow procedures and work instructions strictly
- 5 working days/ week. Can work on Saturday or Sunday shift.

Requirements
- Skilled in PC usage - Familiarity with material processing and additive manufacturing processes - Hands-on experience working on machines and equipment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities - Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time - Good English skill in reading/ writing - Diploma/ High Vocational Certificate (ปวส) in production or relevant field - Previous experience in factory setting is a plus.
