Job Purpose
Develop an annual training plan for agencies, educational institutions and staff, ensure its implementation and perform its execution, assess its outcomes in order to generating profits plus enhancing agencies and employees skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an attractive training program related to the companys core business that appeals likewise to universities, tourism schools, agencies and internal staff and provides them with state-of-the-art knowledge and skills about GDS and beyond
- Identify and assess future and current training needs, utilize advanced learning technologies in order to broaden training offering to a wider target audience
- Manage training function as a profit center, plan an annual budget, monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and profit periodically and report on them
- Manage all sales activities and relationship management to existing customers and expand customer base continuously

Knowledge and Skills
*Track record in designing and executing successful training programs *Excellent knowledge of TP products and systems *Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) *Excellent communication and leadership skills *Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively *Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals *Good computer and database skills *Proven work experience as a training manager *Teaching experience at Universities *Training experience in MM and HK *Airline education course *High school diploma/GED required (Bachelors degree preferred)
