:
1. Enter B/L and follow arrival notice with local changes from the Liner/Co-loader.
2. Update arrival notice to customer and request pre-purchase for collect D/O.
3. Booking space for Sea export shipment and submit S/I to the liner.
4. Issue B/L and request pre-purchase for collect B/L.
5. Send pre-alert to customer and agent.
6. Coordinate with agent for "Door to Door" shipment and update status to customer until cargo delivered to consignee.
7. Prepare daily report under response.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- 2-10 years experience in operations and customer service of Freight Forwarder field. - Ability to using e-mail via Microsoft Outlook. - Ability to do the multi task and work under presure to meet the deadline. - Understand and can communicate in English. - Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Advanced customer service skills Strong attention to detail. - Excellent ability to broblem solve. - Strong team player with good attitude. - Time flexible working.
