:
- Deliver the excellent sales and service to Chinese Customers and handle high volume of inquiries professionally through phone and face-to-face
- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing and invoice queries
- Handle the customer's difficulties and serve them beyond its expectations
- Raise-up the sales volume and operation of each retail branch
- Translate the relevant document and/or information to be Chinese when needs
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Thailand nationality - Bachelor Degree - Good in Chinese (HSK 4) and English (TOEIC 650) communication, both written and spoken - Very good personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills - Able to work in shifts and work on weekend / public holiday
