1. Male or Female, Age 30 - 40 years old 2. Minimum 5 years experience in training 3. Minimum 3 years of multi-unit management experience preferably in restaurant chain or retail business 4. Good Command at English (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) with TOEIC 550 up, if possible 5. Excellent in MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint and computer literacy) 6. Good personality with people management skills. 7. Able to travel to stores for training purposes occasionally.
Excellent knowledge and experience in food/retail business. Good experience with budgeting, P&L statement, capital expenditures and forecasting. Good knowledge of food safety. Strong skills in driving for results. Strong skills in people management and development. Education: Minimum bachelor degree in Business Management or any related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management of multi-store operations.
