JOB DESCRIPTION : -Take purchase order from customers by email, document etc. -Coordinate with Sales team to arrange order, quotation etc. -Order entry by using internal program. -Record information in e-system for document status checking. -Arrange quotation to reserve products as customer order. -Follow up with the Sales team for products deliver to customer on time. -File documents. -The employee shall have the duties including but not limited to assisting the Area sales managers and the Marketing Manager by providing supporting documents related to sales and marketing within South East Asia Region. -Manage daily operations to support regional sales and marketing manager i.e. quotation, responding to customer from within the SEA region inquiries, presentation preparation, marketing events etc. to smooth the sales and marketing activities within the region.
