:
- Perform needs analysis to identify customers needs.
- Develop and Implement sale strategy to meet business area development needs, including specific marketing activities / account management for customers' satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategy to maximize revenue for assignments and creating the value for customer.
- Evaluate programs, tracks performance and ROI, and provide feedback to management.
- Partner with Quality to conduct process reviews, assess impact of procedural changes, develop process improvements and provide solutions recommendations to Management to improve accuracy, efficiency and/or customer experience.
- Handle transition projects for delivery partners and participating as need to ensure smooth project launching and implementation.
- Sustain and enhance client relationships and promote high level of client satisfaction.

- Good understanding of Human Resource Development Solution. - Proficiency in demonstration and analysis in both independently and collaborative to achieve project. - Excellent command of written and oral English (TOEIC 850+)
