<Job description & Responsibilities> 1) HR Development Facilitator & Coach ・Facilitate business training such as management, leadership for Thai staff. ・To develop business training for Japanese companies.
2) Organization / HR Consulting ・Design HR systems and HR operation consulting ・Deliver HR related project for clients as a project manager ・Create service proposal for consulting project to meet clients' expectations.
<Career Level>Middle level Yr(s) of Exp:3 years experience Salary negotiable:Within THB80,000 /month (negotiable) Employment Type Full Time, Permanent
<Age, Gender> ・Under 35 years old ・Thai nationality(Female)
<Job qualifications> ・3-5 years of experience in business development, human resources, consulting, or related field. ・Experience working or studying abroad will be an advantage.
<Requested Personality> ・High sense of responsibility, ability to commit to achieving goals. ・Interested in working in a start-up company environment. ・Interested in Japanese HR and labor issues. From organizational issues, ability to think, suggest and act on your
