Duties & Responsibilities
Working in a flat structure where you will be able to share ideas with the company directors, this role will allow you to be responsible for:
Following instruction and pipeline from Sales in charge and company goal.
Issue Quotation and SOP.
Coordinate with overseas agents and customer for all AIR / SEA, IMPORT/EXPORT shipments.
Follow loading status and solve all issues until shipment departed as scheduled.
Update shipment status and report.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and engage with prospective clients.

Qualification
2-10 years experience in operations and customer service of Freight Forwarder field. Ability to using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to do the multi task and work under pressure to meet the deadline. Fluently in English and have a good communication skills for both E-mail and Telephone. Advanced Key account skills Strong attention to detail. Excellent ability to problem solving. Strong team player with good attitude. Flexible time for work. Quick learner.
