◎Merchandising
◎Planning / Budgeting/Ordering
- Managing and regulating the inventory of the Company.
- Manage day to day Merchandising Department Work Plan.
- Monitor stock levels of each store, warehouse and manage stock distribution.
- Approval on Merchandiser product selection, ordering, pricing, margin and merchandising.
- Determine pricing strategy.
- Plan shipment schedule and liaise with RKJ to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
- Engage in sales forecasting and budget management.
- Sales and GP Performance analysis reports.
- Approve Merchandise Planning strategy to maximum sales turnover.
- Analyze daily and weekly sale, Gross Profit%, and determine weekly merchandise action plans.
- Ensure achievement of Companys Gross Profit.
- Approve merchandising reports and forecasts to facilitate department purchasing objectives.
- Manage Merchandise account plan for next season
- Approve Merchandiser planning and Analysis of OTB bi-annually.
- Manage Product assortment plan.
- Local commercialization products release
-Investigate new suppliers directly and build the ideal product development system such as concept, flow, and evidence
- Create company-wide promotions throughout the half year to maximize sales volume, sales value, margin and
inventory
- Create a weekly instruction in consultation with the sales department and establish a flow that can be landed
◎Inventory Control
- Monitor inventory levels and control ordering and reduce cost of stock holding.
- Monitor and Follow-up Inventory Plan.
- Effective Inventory Control.
- Submit monthly inventory report for Managements review.
- To ensure stock holding are within set turnover days and secure sufficient stocks to cater to customers demand.
- Ensure communication with RKJ on defective product
◎Staff Training
- To ensure conducting of product presentations and briefings.
- To ensure conducting of product knowledge training for Manager and Senior level.
- To coach and supervise the operational procedures and work flow of Merchandiser, Assistant merchandiser.
◎Communication
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with other department such as VMD/Store Operation to improve job
efficiency and achieve company goals and objectives.
◎Teamwork
- To ensure the smooth flow of information between Visual Merchandising and Store Operations Team.
- To openly and constructively communicate with retail team and merchandising team.
- To develop positive vendor relationships and negotiate improved term.
◎Reports
- Analyze merchandising reports and forecast purchasing objective.
- Analyze Weekly/Periodic reports for management.
- Analyze and prepare Monthly Inventory Holding Report.
- Ad hoc Performance Improvement Report.
◎Others
- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director and General Manager
