1. Manage and improve the service quality of warehouse and delivery to customers.
2. Quickly respond to the customers'feedback.
3. Manage and train warehouse personnel adhere to the Department's objectives.
4. Design warehouse layout and classification of stocks, and fully utilize warehouse spaces in each location
5. Implement and ensure clearly safety conditions, procedures and discipline in the warehouse.
6. Employee Evaluation & Control in Action (Subordinate 5-10 persons)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- At least 3-5 years working experiences in Transport Operation and Warehouse Operation. - Knowledge and Skill of Management such as Planning Skill, KPI, included team management. - Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, good attitude and good interpersonal skills, Negotiation and Motivation Skill, Strong understanding in Employee Relation Management. - Good command of English and computer literacy. - Good Microsoft skill for report and presentation. - Good Microsoft skill for report and presentation.
