- Drive management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling managers; Communicating values, culture, strategies, and objectives; Assigning accountabilities; Planning, Monitoring, and Appraising job results; Developing incentives; Developing a climate for offering information and opinions; Providing training opportunities; Responsible for P/L results.
- Work closely with managers and ECOM top executives.
- Meet the assigned project's objectives and deliver and outstanding outcome with hands on experience.
- Present each project assignment to top executives.

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields, with 2-5 years of experience or as appropriate. - Age between 25-45 years old. - Good command of English communication in both written and spoken. - Self-motivated, professional, proactive, and responsible. - Initiative, creative and Think out of the box! - Passionate to go through all kinds of tasks and difficulties to overcome obstacles and deliver what is expected. - Have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strategy and planning: Defines/update and implements overall company strategy that directly contributes like sales growth, cost reduction, productivity improvement, profitability delivery and driving wiining brand presence in the market place. - Data and Analysis: Realises data is the new currency; makes concrete plan to collate, analyse and drive action based on the insights in collaboration with other functions; Procures/leverages IT software required to enable analysis; Develops an analytically capable organisation across functions. - Governance & Stewardship: Monitors organization performance indicator and link that on business results; Engages leadership and employees for regular review of company as well as individual performance; Do periodic assessment control and compliance measure to understand business risk (if any) and mitigation plans as needed. - Business Transformation & innovation: Establish culture of driving transformation in business processes leveraging business knowledge, data and industry best practices. Anticipate business landscape change and future trends of channel shift and appropriately makes plan to fully leverage the potential.
- Investment: Makes smart investment decisions with intent to accelerate business growth or to maximize business impact (ROI etc.,) at best value/cost. Plans, secures and manages the neccessary budget in co-orindation with financemanager. - Organisation Development: Defines optimal organization structure - with Job titles, Job descriptions, skills required, career paths; and driving the effective team dynamics. Actively looks for and recruites the best qualified professionals for the jobs; Establishes partnerships with colleges/institutions for recruitment; Develops meaningful work plans, career paths for the individuals; Develops strong technical mastery for self and the organisation via training, coaching; Develops strong succession plan for self and business critical roles; Delegates responsibilities to experts if needed, while being fully accountable to the Owner for delivery of business results.
