Male / female, age 32 - 43 years old Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields from a reputable university, oversea graduate is a big plus. Minimum 10 years experience in enginering design & maintenance & quality in multinational automotive manufacturing envirnment Minimum 4 years in Supervisory / Management level Self-motivation, Team spirit and strong leadership Strong people management Able to work independently and analytical in a problem-solving environment Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy Lean manufacturing experience Present salary should not less than 50,000 bath per month At least TOIEC score 550
