คุณสมบัติ :
- Any gender, age not over 35 years - Bachelor in Accouting ,logistics or relate field - Experience in AP would be advantage - Good command of English (both spoken and written) - Good interpersonal skill, coordinating skills
รายละเอียดงาน - Registration of vendor invoices in the system.
- Processing of vendors invoices in the System in a timely and accurately coded manner.
- Verification of cost details by comparing vendor invoices with actual costs registered in the System.
- Identify discrepancies and liaise with colleagues and vendors to find the root cause and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up and settle disputes with vendors regarding vendor invoice details
- Assist with credit control and collection of customer Receivables
- Be flexible to support various activities that occur ad-hoc and on an occasional base

รายละเอียดงาน Job Summary & Purpose:
The Assistant Store manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in responsible for managing and organizing Front End and support function to ensure that the financial accuracy and total customer satisfaction are achieved.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. To help managing the assigned store to meet store target both financial aspects and operational standard aspects (Appearance of cashier counter, Pharmacy and service standard of cashiers).
2. Ensure the policy and guideline for Member service as well as train Member service team to meet the service standard
3. To learn how to create schedule shift hours that would best suit the store operation to ensure the sufficiency and productivity of staffs.
4. To ensure that all associates provide exceptional service, respect, courtesy and friendli-ness to all Club Members to enhance good shopping experience.
5. To help setting staff meeting schedule on a regular basis for reviewing the working tar-get and ensuring that current and possible situations are being addressed.
6. Visits the departments of responsibility multiple times daily to evaluate conditions, and establish priorities and action plans.
7. To help planning, organizing and directing assigned store activities to incresase sales and profits.
8. To help controlling inventory throughout assigned store to maximize in stock conditions while minimizing back stock.
9. To communicate company message to the team correctly and efficiently, and provide their feedback to Clubs management.
10. To coordinate with all Club support team to make overall projects and assignments from Management achieve the target.
11. To ensure that proper safety procedures are being used.
12. To be self-updated with new Club and CFR working process and procedures.

Bachelors degree in related field Minimum of 5-7 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management in retail business or sales administration Have great knowledge in policies, regulations, and procedures related to sales administration Have leadership skill Have great English and communication skills Have computer skills

Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
