Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and self-driven Freelance Recruitment & Sales Consultants to support our business growth across Executive Search, Mass Recruitment/Outsourcing, and IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for professionals who want flexibility, uncapped commissions, and ownership of their own clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Delivery
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to placement
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer stages
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and successful placements
2. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new client opportunities
Pitch recruitment and outsourcing solutions to potential clients
Negotiate fees, terms, and service agreements
Build long-term client relationships
3. Service-Specific Focus
Executive Search
Work on senior-level and confidential executive search assignments
Engage with C-level candidates and senior stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ :
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics, Mathematic Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 1-2 years of responsible experience in a related field [a new graduate is also acceptable]. - Have skills of data analysis, presentation and clear communication. - Have good computer skills, Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tool if have Power BI skill (If have will special offer). - Adaptable any changing situation by analyzing the critical problem and propose the proper solution - Flexible to work in DC environment - Have a good mindset
รายละเอียดงาน 1. Data & information analysis, set up dashboard via PowerPoint or Excel or Power BI (if possible)
2. To present weekly, monthly with management.
3. Organize Store return to Vendor and cooperate with concern function
4. Identify gap for improvement
5. Flexible to organize the additional task as assignment and support operation as need
