- Provide assistant and receive customer complaints according to their problems using Chat (Line, Facebook, Live Chat, etc.)
- Use English to communicate with foreign customers
Working Date/Time:
- Working in shift hours
- Working 5 days/week (Holidays cannot be Sat nor Sun)
คุณสมบัติ :
Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in related field. 2. Women age 25 - 30 years old. 2. 1-3 years of experience in HR services, employee relations, or a related field. 3. Good command of English especially listening and speaking. 4. Understand responsibilities of HR functions and IT management. 5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. 6. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and other program that relevant. 7. Have a good attitude, Proactive and service-minded.
รายละเอียดงาน 1. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and build morale with employees.
2.Provide the hiring/recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling candidate interviews and administering assessments.
3. Tracking of Off Days, Sick Leave,Time Attendance and etc
4. Performed miscellaneous duties and other tasks as assigned.
