Positions: Five Native or European English Speakers for Grade1- 2 English Teachers
The starting is on immediately
Qualifications: 1. The native or European English-speaking teachers need to graduate at least with a Bachelors degree in any field. 2. Able to make a commitment to work for at least one year contract.
Salary: A salary for a native English-speaking teacher with a Bachelors degree is 35,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 38,000 Baht and a Masters degree is 37,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 40,000 Baht. European English-speaking teacher is 34,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 37,000 Baht and a Masters degree is 36,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 39,000 Baht. Note: 3 month probations are provided for all positions
Benefits: 1. Approximately 2 months school holiday a year depends on school calendar 2. The contract is a twelve-month pay 3. Health insurance 4. The school pays for a visa and work permit on the second year of their employment onwards. 5. Office hours are from 7.30-15.30. 6. No afternoon and weekend activity. 7. คุณสมบัติ :
- At least a Bachelor"s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields - At least 5 years in a store operations role, with 5 years in management level, with experience in food service, hotel, or retail industry would be an advantage - Experience with budgets, P&L statements, capital expenditures, and forecasting. - Good working knowledge of standard or food safety and hygiene audits. - Proven retail operation experience with track record & achievement. - Excellent in English communication; both oral and written and computer literacy.

Responsibilities
1) Responsible in leading and coaching all store managers in span to be able to deliver the operations Key Performance Indicator
2) Responsible in supporting store managers to serve customers satisfaction
3) Responsible in analyzing and addressing operation issues and have plan in place.
4) Responsible to ensure in landing and embedding all company policy and procedure to stores
5) Responsible to identify staff talent and develop them to be ready for moves and appointments
6) Responsible to review store managers progress against targets in once a month.
7) Responsible in leading and coaching store managers to manage people in recruiting and preventing turnover including support peoples learning and growth in career.
